On December 12, the issuance examination committee of the CSRC issued a public notice that the six parent companies of Hebei Yangyuan Zhihui Beverage Co., Ltd. (the first launch) were approved. This means that the six walnuts finally got their admission to the capital market. The IPO raised an amount of 3.2 billion yuan. Of these, nearly 2.9 billion will be used for "marketing network construction and market development projects," and six walnuts will invest nearly 90% of their proceeds in advertising marketing.
